Seattle Resident Manager

Kurt serves as the Resident Manager for three apartment complexes in the Fremont/Wallingford neighborhoods where he is responsible for rental showings, managing turnovers, coordinating maintenance or repairs, and responding to any issues that may affect the renter experience. Tenants know Kurt for his responsiveness, outgoing personality, and his desire to make their experience comfortable and enjoyable.
